Shipping and Returns:


Shipping:
Since we stock everything we sell, we can package and ship your product the next business day, sometimes even the same day! We don't have to wait for your order to be processed and shipped by a 3rd party. Providing the best customer service is so important to us, and one of the ways we can do that is to get your product to you as fast as we can. Our primary carriers are the United States Postal Service and UPS.

Shipping Rates:
Nothing in the e-commerce world bugs me more than over-inflated shipping costs. We've all purchased items on the internet, and when we get to the checkout we find the shipping costs to be unreasonably high. You're not going to find that at Mark's MOTO GEAR. We try to set our shipping prices as cheap as possible so you're not paying too much.

 


International Customers:
We are happy to service international customers and ship our products Worldwide. In fact nearly 50% of all purchases from Mark's MOTO GEAR are from international customers! While we strive to offer the most affordable shipping services possible, like First Class International through the U.S. Postal service, shipping times can be longer than expected. This can be due to customs delays and/or secondary carriers. First Class International is a very affordable shipping service for items under 4 lbs and we encourage our customers to choose this, but PLEASE keep in mind it may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery depending on your location. Also, tracking your package while using First Class International is difficult due to secondary carriers involved in the shipping process besides the U.S. Postal Service. If you would like to use a specific carrier or faster level of service, and it's NOT provided in the product listing, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange it. 


Returns:

We will accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of the item, but we ask the buyer to pay the return shipping.


Return/Exchange Policy:

At Mark’s MOTO GEAR, your satisfaction with the product is our #1 goal and we will stand behind everything we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will be happy to take the item back and refund your money, minus a 15% restocking charge.  If you would like an exchange, we can do that too and the 15% restocking charge would also apply. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you return a product, the item must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Please make sure all original packaging, tags, instructions, literature, etc. is included with the item. If the item is worn, used or has missing tags, we won’t be able to issue a refund.If the item is sold in a retail or display box, please place that box into a cardboard or postal box with adequate packaging to insure a damage-free return.
